We guarantee delivery of this line in 5 Business Days or less for orders over $200. We will issue you a $50 credit off your order if we do not meet our 5 Business Days goal.
The Free 5 Business Days Delivery Guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the guarantee). 5 Business Days Delivery Guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 8th of the month. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 5 Business Days Delivery Guarantee is calculated from the following Monday. Holidays are not counted as a business day.
Quick Delivery only applies on standard lamping options and standard product configurations.
If your product happens to be on back-order we will notify you of the back order status. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment.
Order shipped via Truck are not eligible for the Quick Delivery Credit.
We are unable to guarantee 5 Business Days Delivery on Canadian orders or orders shipping to Alaska. If our 5 Business Days Delivery option is requested on a Canadian order or an order shipping to Alaska, the fee will be refunded and the products will ship as quickly as possible.
