The Shipping Process
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email which contains a link to your order status. Be sure to click this link to check your current order status. Your order status will tell you your tracking number and which carrier is delivering your product.

We have provided a map of the domestic United States which will give you an idea of how long your product will take to arrive at your door, once it has been shipped. Please note it usually takes 2-3 days for your order to be carefully packed and made ready to leave our manufacturers facility. Most products are shipped via UPS or Federal Express. We do not ship using USPS. Please keep in mind that some of our manufacturers do require signature upon delivery.


We do provide shipping to Alaska and Hawaii with reasonable additional shipping surcharges that are based on your total purchase amount. Our shipping rate structure for these areas are as follows:

*Some fixtures are too large to be sent by normal shipping methods and must be sent by freight carriers. In some situations, additional shipping could be incurred and we will contact you to advise you of this before your order is processed and do not qualify for free shipping. Freight shipments cannot be sent to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
