 Founded in 1982, when it was first established Golden Lighting was in the business of importing products from overseas. In  the mid-1980s, the company uncovered significant distribution opportunities in the ceiling fan market and started to focus on selling ceiling fans to electrical and builder supply houses in the Southeast. During the 1990s the company’s focus shifted  yet again, this time toward residential lighting fixtures and as their product line developed and grew the company grew along with it. Today, Golden Lighting has a multitude of employees and satisfied customers and is headquartered in Tallahassee, FL. They now sell  primarily to lighting showrooms and electrical supply houses throughout the United States. The company has a warehouse in  Florida and has a dedicated showroom in the  Dallas Market Center in Texas. Golden Lighting’s impressive growth and success is in great part due to the company’s dedication and commitment to providing quality  products and service to their customers. 

   Golden Lighting has an outstanding reputation for understanding what the customer needs and wants in a light fixture and incorporating it into their product designs. Strong industry awareness, a high level of customer service and a dedicated team of skilled and well trained sales professionals are all hallmarks that have solidified Golden Lighting’s position as a leader in the residential lighting industry.

  Golden Lighting sells a wide variety of light fixtures including bathroom lighting, chandeliers, kitchen lighting, outdoor lights, pendants and wall sconces. Golden Lighting also has a diverse range of style choices  including traditional, transitional and contemporary. Traditional style  lighting has a more classic and charming feel to it. Traditional design elements usually include warmer earth tones and intricate details. Contemporary style usually involves more simple geometric patterns, clean lines and soft bright colors. Transitional style is in the middle of traditional and contemporary and combines the beauty and elegance of both styles. Golden Lighting has a wide array of different style lighting options but many of their lights are transitional and incorporate the best of both traditional and contemporary designs. Transitional style lights usually have simple lines and curves like many contemporary fixtures but they also include the charming detailing and earthy tones of more traditional fixtures.
