You may have ordered a product from us or one of our competitors; as long as you can locate it on our website, we can help you with replacing parts you may need.

• $50 minimum on all parts orders (including Shipping Costs)
• Parts are unavailable for the following brands: Savoy House, Quorum, Renwil, Cal Lighting, Nuvo Lighting, World Wide Lighting, Emerson, Thomas Lighting, Dale Tiffany
• In order to process your request, our specialists need the EXACT model number of your fixture. If you are unsure of this information, we will not be able to assist.
• We are unable to process requests for replacement hardware (screws, nuts/bolts, etc.) If you did not receive the hardware that was supposed to be included, please contact the customer service department at sales@lunawarehouse.com or 1.866.241.9895, option 3.
• If you received your part from us within the last 30 days that was damaged in shipment, please contact customer service for a replacement.
